If your property is market-ready and priced at market rates, we can put a tenant in the property in as little as 1-5 days. If your home is not in market-ready condition or not priced at a competitive rate, it can take a little longer, but not more than 14 days. We aim to put tenants in properties as quickly as possible to minimise the void periods for our landlords.
